Do the 6 Gold free spins in The Wildos 2 pay more than the 12 Bronze ones?
On average, no. The demo server rates the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Random purchases at the same 94.45%, all at 100x the bet, so the tiers trade length for size: 12 spins with sticky x1 to x3 wilds, 9 with x5 to x8, or 6 with x10 to x25. Our seven rounds lean towards Gold without proving it: Bronze paid 62.6x and 15x, Silver 81.8x, 24.4x and 19.6x, Gold 165.2x and 216.5x the stake.
Nine multipliers in three metals, and they add rather than multiply
The outlaws are after a full-blown train heist, in the words of Thunderkick's page, and the reels sit between a barred jail wagon and a gilded carriage. The rules call it a 4x5 video slot with 20 fixed pay lines, rows first: five reels of four symbols, paid from the leftmost reel.
The red bandit with a revolver heads the paytable at 20.00 for five at our €1.00 stake, his blue partner with a banjo at 17.50. A green bandit, a necklace, a pocket watch, a starred top hat and card-suit cases fill the rest; our capture stops after the first two.

Wilds keep to reels 2, 3 and 4 and replace everything except Scatters, each revealing a value from its tier: Bronze x1 to x3, Silver x5 to x8, Gold x10 to x25. The Wildos multiplied its wilds together; this sequel adds them, so x10 and x15 on one line make x25, not x150.
Our log has a wild on screen in 153 of 750 paid spins and 102 paying lines above x1, the highest at x25.
The bandit on the wanted poster decides the colour
On Thunderkick's game page this is the Wanted Feature; the rules call it the Bounty Poster Feature, the name used here. Each poster carries one Wildo and his tier: Green adds 1 to 4 Bronze Wilds to reels 2 to 4, Blue 1 to 5 Silver, Red 1 to 5 Gold. A higher tier can upgrade a lower wild but not the other way round, and afterwards the poster pays as the bandit printed on it.

Posters turned up 20 times in our 750 spins, about once in 38: Blue 8, Green 7, Red 5. Each put down two to four wilds. Those spins, 18 of which paid, returned €384.20, or 58.8% of everything the base-game screens paid.
Red gave the best of them: on spin 443 four x10 Gold wilds landed, four lines ran at x20, and the spin paid 88x the bet. Spin 420 did nearly as well in Silver, a blue bandit and three Silver wilds at x18 paying €45.00 of its €79.10.
Twelve Bronze, nine Silver or six Gold, and only that colour sticks
Three Scatters, cakes stuck with dynamite, open the Bonus Game and a choice of four. Bronze Bonus gives 12 free spins, Silver 9, Gold 6, and Random Bonus draws the tier plus 6, 9 or 12 spins, with a chance at the Super Bonus. Every wild type can land in the round, but only the chosen one stays put.

The Super Bonus, 12 spins in which every wild sticks whatever its colour, never appeared for us. All four natural rounds began with three Scatters, and as our logging script sends the pick without naming an option, the server filled it in: Silver on spin 133, Gold on 237, Bronze on 464 and 626. The six Gold spins paid 165.2x, the session's best, the fourth alone €138.00 with Gold wilds stacked on reel 3 at x15, x25 and x25. Silver paid 81.8x over 9 spins; both Bronze rounds ran the full 12.

A stuck wild keeps its place, not its number. In the Gold round from spin 237 one wild on reel 3 showed x10, then x25 three spins running, then x10 again. The +2 FREE SPINS plates are a puzzle: the rules list retriggers, but the captured pages end before explaining them.
Twenty posters and four bonus rounds in 750 paid spins
For €750.00 staked at €1.00 a spin, the demo server paid €977.50 back: 130.3%, where the listed figure is 94.19%. 750 spins can neither confirm nor refute it.
- 750paid spins at €1.00 in the demo
- 130.3%of the stakes paid back
- 165.2xbest round, free spins included
- 4free spins rounds triggered
Winning spins made up 19.9%, 0.4x at the median, and the worst dry spell ran to 35 spins. Free spins brought in €324.60, posters €384.20 and all other base-game wins €268.70.
Its floor, €4,891.10, was reached on spin 132, one spin ahead of the Silver round. The high, €5,317.70, arrived with the Bronze round on spin 464, and a quieter stretch left €5,227.50 at the end.
One price for four colours, five times that for the Super Bonus
Two cards open the buy menu, Random Bonus and Bronze Wild Bonus, at €100.00 each on a €1.00 bet, and the list scrolls on. The demo server has five options: Random, Bronze, Silver and Gold at 100x, the Super Bonus at 500x. The last three names below follow the rules and the server's ids, as our frame does not reach those cards.

Neither the buy nor the BET+ switch, shown as x2 and x5 cakes on the intro screen, appears on Thunderkick's game page; the server prices BET+ at 1.5x or 3x the stake, and we kept it off. What the demo plays is the 94.19% build from Thunderkick's page; casinos can choose other versions, and the buy is disabled in some markets.
| Option | Price | At €1.00 | RTP of the buy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Random Bonus | 100x | €100.00 | 94.45% |
| Bronze Wild Bonus | 100x | €100.00 | 94.45% |
| Silver Wild Bonus | 100x | €100.00 | 94.45% |
| Gold Wild Bonus | 100x | €100.00 | 94.45% |
| Super Bonus | 500x | €500.00 | 94.48% |
Each of our three purchases took the Random Bonus. Two control buys landed on Silver, one with 6 spins paying €24.40, one with 9 paying €19.60. The filmed one drew Gold.

Every one of its 6 free spins paid, from €4.60 to €91.50. On the two biggest, the roped wilds on reels 2 and 3 shared lines and their values were added.
Taken together, the base game leans on posters, which paid more than half its money in our log, and the free spins ask you to choose between a long Bronze round and a short Gold one. Wilds that multiply each other live on in the 2023 original, at a higher listed RTP. 3 Wildos, the third game, has 9 paylines and a 5,000x cap, which leaves this sequel with the most lines and the highest cap of the three.
The train job in six questions
Six short answers, each taken from the rules, a frame or our logs.
What changed between The Wildos and The Wildos 2?
The board grew from 5x3 and 15 paylines to five reels of four rows and 20 lines, and the x1 to x5 wilds that multiplied each other became three tiers up to x25 that add. Thunderkick's press release of 26 February 2025 puts the cap rise at 6,250x to 10,000x; the listed RTP fell from 96.15% to 94.19%.
Can a Green poster turn a Gold wild into a Bronze one?
No. A higher tier may upgrade a lower wild, never the reverse. On spin 396 of our log a Green poster added three Bronze wilds while two x10 Gold wilds kept their colour; on spin 371 a Red poster turned two x5 Silver wilds into Gold.
How do you reach the Super Bonus?
Two regular Scatters plus a Super Scatter start it from the base game, skipping the pick, or the Random Bonus can land on it. It gives 12 free spins with every wild sticky. It never came up in our 750 spins or our three purchases.
Can the Random Bonus give fewer spins than the tier normally gets?
Yes. The rules give it 6, 9 or 12 spins without tying the count to a tier, and our first control purchase came out Silver with 6 free spins, where picking Silver gives 9.
What are the +2 FREE SPINS plates under the reels?
They hang in chains under reels 2, 3 and 4 in the free spins. The rules list retriggers, but the pages we captured stop before explaining them, and none of our seven Bonus Games added a spin.
Which poster colour paid best in our log?
Red: its 5 posters paid €179.00, the 8 Blue ones €149.20 and the 7 Green ones €56.00. The best Green spin, 41.20, owed most of it to two Gold wilds already on the reels.
