Is there a bonus game or a free spins round in Xterminate?
No. The game has no free spins, bonus round or feature buy, and our 750 paid spins logged nothing but spins and the avalanche drops that follow a win or a Bomb blast. What it has instead is the Xterminate Multiplier. Within one paid spin, each new win is multiplied by the running total and then added to it, so a long chain compounds, and spin 685 climbed x2, x4, x20, x40, x80. Bombs and Charged Wilds keep chains alive. BET+, the one paid extra, raises the odds of a winning spin.
Thirty cells, nine pay symbols and nothing below 1x
A red panel striped like a hazard sign appears ahead of the first spin, warning of high volatility in capital letters. Thunderkick's game page rates it Very High.

Behind it sit six reels of five rows with no paylines. Thunderkick's Game Info Sheet asks for 8 or more identical symbols anywhere on the 30 cells. Winning symbols vanish, new ones drop from above, and the next win can follow within the same paid spin. Nine symbols pay: a red-eyed robot called the Xterminator, a gas mask, a spiked mace and a spray can, then graffiti card ranks from A down to 10.
The rig did not record the help screens, so pay values here come from the server's answers. Eight card ranks paid 1x the stake and ten paid 2x; eight of a mid symbol paid 2x, eight robots 4x. Nothing in our log paid less than the bet.
Nothing on these reels builds towards a bonus round. The sheet's attribute table does carry a "Bonus Game: Yes" row, and the first question at the foot of the page explains why we set it aside.
x2, x4, x20, x40, x80 in one paid spin
Each win counts in multiples of the bet, and the sheet has it multiplied by the Xterminate Multiplier and then added to it. In the server's answers the first win of a spin goes in at face value and becomes the multiplier. Every later win in the same chain is multiplied by it before being added. When the drops stop, the round pays the multiplier times the bet, and a banner over the grid shows it, x4 and x36 on the two frames below.

Spin 685 compounded hardest. Ten Aces paid 2x and set the count at x2. A 1x win of tens doubled it to x4, nine robots worth 4x added 16 for x20, and two more 1x wins made x40 and then x80. At face value the five wins came to 9x the stake. The round paid €80.00.

Over all 750 spins, 155 winning drops had a face value of €258.00, and the game paid €510.00 for them. A spin with a single winning drop gets nothing extra: there were 42 of those, worth €77.00 together. The 46 spins that dropped twice or more paid €433.00.
Bombs for dead screens, wilds with up to three lives
A Bomb, a blue canister, waits while the screen keeps winning. When a drop ends without a win and a Bomb is in view, it goes off. The sheet says it clears every symbol except all copies of the most common one (the higher payer on a tie), Charged Wilds and other Bombs, and the gaps then refill. Our log has 26 blasts in 22 spins, and 21 of them were followed by a win. Those spins paid €217.00, over two fifths of what we got back.
On spin 150 a Bomb rescued a stalled chain. The count stood at x12 when the screen went dead. The Bomb left seven spray cans, they slid down, a new one dropped in to complete the bottom row, and the eight paid 2x times 12, making x36. One more win of Aces doubled that to €72.00.

Charged Wilds substitute for any symbol but the Bomb and, per the sheet, arrive with one to three lives. Each winning drop a wild joins costs it one life, however many wins it completes, and it leaves when none remain; blasts leave it standing. Our log recorded 23, carrying one life 5 times, two lives 9 times and three lives 9 times. Of the 22 spins they landed in, 20 paid, €147.00 in all.
68.0% back, most of it from spins that dropped twice or more
Back came €510.00 from €750.00 staked in 750 paid spins of €1.00: 68.0%, against the listed 94.12%. Only 88 spins paid, 11.7%, a little above the 9.96% hit rate in Thunderkick's sheet. The driest stretch ran to 37 spins.
- 750paid spins at €1.00 in the demo
- 68.0%of the stakes paid back
- 80xbest single spin
- 155winning drops
Paying spins had a median of 3x the stake, 8 of them reached 10x, and the 2 that passed 50x were spin 150 with €72.00 and spin 685 with €80.00. The balance touched €5,028.00 after spin 159, sank to €4,726.00 by spin 684 and finished at €4,760.00.
Without the compounding, the same wins were worth €258.00, roughly 34% of the stakes. A sample of 750 spins on a very high volatility slot says nothing firm about its RTP: one chain like spin 685's, more or less, moves the result by over ten points.
Better odds for 2x, 5x or 10x the stake, and where that leaves the game
In place of a buy there is BET+, a switch beside the reels, and the sheet names three options for it. Win Boost makes a winning spin twice as likely, Win Boost Plus five times, and Guaranteed Win promises a winning combination on every spin, each staying on until switched off. The demo server charges 2x, 5x and 10x the stake and rates them 94.25%, 94.35% and 94.45%, a fraction above plain spins. These figures, like the 94.12% itself, belong to the build on Thunderkick's page that this demo runs. A casino could be running the sheet's other version, rated 87.14%.
On this site the closest relative is King of the Party, from May 2024, built on the same six-by-five grid and the same eight-anywhere rule. That game lists 94.32%, rates its volatility High, caps wins at 5,000x and sells a 100x Bonus Game. Xterminate's 25,000x cap is five times higher, and it has nothing to buy.
For us this is a game of chains. Most spins pay nothing, single wins pay at face value, and the multiplier only works when a spin keeps dropping, so our session ran as long dry spells broken now and then by a round that multiplied. Players who want a bonus to aim for will find none here; what every paid spin holds instead is the chance of a running total that keeps climbing.
Robots, bombs and boosts: five short answers
Where the help screens would normally settle a point, these answers lean on Thunderkick's sheet and on our log.
Why does Thunderkick's sheet list "Bonus Game: Yes"?
The row sits in the attribute table of the Game Info Sheet, but nothing in the sheet describes a bonus game, free spins or a buy. The demo server lists no buy, and in our 750 paid spins the server sent only spins and avalanche respins. We read the row as a template entry.
Does the multiplier carry over from one paid spin to the next?
No. AboutSlots and Bigwinboard say it resets every round, and in all 88 of our winning spins the first win was paid at face value and started a new count.
How many lives can a Charged Wild have?
One to three, according to the sheet. Of the 23 in our log, 5 had a single life, 9 had two and 9 had three. A wild that completes two wins in the same drop still loses only one life.
Does BET+ make the multiplier bigger?
The sheet sells it only as better odds of a win: Win Boost and Win Boost Plus make a winning spin 2 and 5 times as likely, and Guaranteed Win promises one on every spin. It says nothing about the multiplier, and we played with BET+ off.
Why does the warning say High volatility when the game page says Very High?
The panel that opens the demo calls it high volatility, while Thunderkick's game page and the sheet both rate the game Very High and several listings say High. Our fact file follows the game page.
