How far can one payline be multiplied in Midas Golden Touch 3?

In the base game, to x32: every wild on a line doubles it, so one gives x2, two x4, three x8, four x16 and five x32. Our 750 spins never went past x4, which 6 lines reached, while 56 more were doubled. The free spins add an Epic Wild that starts at x2, x5 or x10 and grows during the round; in one of our purchases it reached x20, and a line of five at that value paid €150.00.

Count the hands on a line: x2, x4, x8, x16, x32

Marble columns, gold statues and red drapes frame the reels once more. Thunderkick's page says little beyond the legend of gold and glory continuing; the rules call the game a 3x5 video slot with 15 pay lines, three rows on five reels.

The king heads the paytable at 75.00 for five at our €1.00 stake, 20.00 for four of them and 10.00 for three; the crown pays 25.00, 7.00 and 5.00. A goblet, a treasure chest and card ranks from 9 to A sit below the part we captured.

Midas Golden Touch 3 wild payline multipliers
The Wild Payline Multipliers page: the golden-hand Wild and a ladder of one to five hands marked x2, x4, x8, x16 and x32.

A golden hand over a glowing orb is the Wild. It replaces everything except the Scatter, and a line's multiplier depends only on how many wilds share it, so three kings and two hands pay the five-king 75.00 four times over.

Our log is far more modest. Of 750 paid spins, 62 winning lines carried a wild, 56 at x2 and 6 at x4, and none held three. They paid €224.00 of the €370.00 the base game returned. The best base spin, 472, was one of them: a five-symbol line worth €7.50 on its own, with two hands in it, paid 30x the bet.

Midas Golden Touch 3 two wilds x4
Golden hands at the top of reels 2 and 4 mark a line x4 on spin 73 of our filming session, stake 1.00, and it pays 10.00; under the reels, five temple slots, the last three marked x2, x5 and x10.

Golden hands and temple doors dropped at random

The Gift of Midas can strike at random in the base game and add either 1 to 5 Wilds or 1 to 5 Scatters in random places. It never runs in the Bonus Game, and Thunderkick's own page for the game does not name it.

Midas Golden Touch 3 Gift of Midas
The Gift of Midas Feature page: the golden-hand Wild in a red cloud and the temple Scatter in a purple one, the two symbols the feature can add.

In the server's answers the feature appears on 24 of our 750 spins, 21 times with the Wild and 3 with the Scatter. Added Wilds, one or two at a time, are listed on 16 of them, added Scatters on none. Of the 24 spins, 6 paid, €53.00 together; the best, €22.00 on spin 646, came after two hands dropped onto reels 2 and 3.

Five free spins that refill after every respin run

Temple Scatters, three or more of them, open a Bonus Game of 5 free spins, counted on a meter above the reels. Every win inside it starts Sticky Respins: the winning symbols lock and the rest spin again until no new winning symbol appears.

Midas Golden Touch 3 bonus game rules
Rules page for the Bonus Game: 3+ Scatters for 5 Free Spins, Sticky Respins on every win, and an Epic Wild Multiplier on reel 2, 3 or 4 starting at x2, x5 or x10.

The rules also name Power Recharge and Retrigger Boost, without explaining them in the part we captured. What the server did is plain: in our natural round and both control purchases, every respin run that ended with a win was followed by free spins put back on the counter, one or two at a time, never above 5.

Our only natural Bonus Game, from three Scatters on spin 327, shows the pattern. The first free spin's respins ended with kings on four lines at x2, €80.00 in all, and the counter went back to 5. Two more runs paid €18.00 and €46.00 and added three spins; the last five paid nothing, and the round closed at 144x after 9 free spins.

An Epic Wild that starts at x2, x5 or x10 and keeps climbing

On every free spin, though not on respins, one Epic Wild Multiplier lands on reel 2, 3 or 4. It starts at x2 after three Scatters, x5 after four and x10 after five, the marks the temple bar under the base-game reels carries on its last three slots. The captured rules add only that it upgrades during the round.

The intro art jumps from x2 to x4, x8 and x12; the server's steps were smaller. After each paying respin run the Epic Wild rose by one: x2 to x5 in our natural round, x2 to x4 in the first control purchase. The second purchase opened with five Scatters, so it started at x10, and 11 paying runs took it to x21. Its run at x20 alone paid €200.00.

Midas Golden Touch 3 Epic Wild x6
Our filmed bonus with the counter at 0 and 10.00 paid: three temples lit in the bar under the reels, and a large Epic Wild card reading x6 over the x3 one on reel 2.

Our filmed purchase showed a second way up. With the counter at 0, a third temple reached the bar under the reels: the Epic Wild jumped from x3 to x6, the counter went back to 5, and the bar's next slots read x10, x12 and x15. The captured rules do not explain this boost, and we saw it only once.

No win below the stake, and one bonus round in 750 spins

A stake of €750.00, €1.00 on each of 750 spins in Thunderkick's demo, came back as €514.00: 68.5%, set against the listed 94.16%. One Bonus Game in the sample says little about the bonus and nothing about the long-run figure.

  • 750paid spins at €1.00 in the demo
  • 68.5%of the stakes paid back
  • 144xbest round, free spins included
  • 1free spins round triggered

Fewer than one spin in six paid, 15.9%, yet no win came in under the stake: 49 paid exactly €1.00 and the median was 2x. No dry spell ran past 25 spins. Base-game lines brought in €370.00, the Bonus Game €144.00.

Running balance of our 750 paid spins at €1.00: €5,000.00 at the start (dashed line), minus every stake, plus every win. Pink dots mark the spins that started free spins.

From the first spin on, the balance stayed below its start. The Bonus Game on spin 327 lifted it by €143.00 net of that spin's stake, the base game wore the gain away, and the session ended at its low point, €4,764.00.

Buying three, four or five Scatters, and the other Midas games here

Bonus Game purchases are sold by Scatter count: our frame shows the 3+ Scatter Bonus Game at €100.00 and the 4+ at €150.00 on a €1.00 bet, with a third card cut off below, which the demo server prices at 250x. Thunderkick's game page mentions no buy.

Thunderkick's page carries the 94.16% version, which is the one in this demo; a casino is free to offer a different version, and buying the bonus is not allowed everywhere. The server also lists three BET+ antes, x2BonusGame at 1.5x the stake, x5BonusGame at 3x and giftOfMidas at 30x; the rules we captured do not say what they do, and we kept BET+ off.

Our control session bought the 3+ Scatter Bonus Game twice. The first came in with three Scatters and paid €73.00 over 9 free spins; the second, with five, ran to 26 and paid €481.00. The one we filmed in a later session went less well.

Our filmed 3+ Scatter Bonus Game at €1.00, with sound: an x2 Epic Wild, respin runs of 6.00, 4.00, 2.00 and 8.00, a third temple in the bar lifting it from x3 to x6 and resetting the counter to 5, and 20.00 after 14 free spins.

That round returned €20.00 on a €100.00 purchase in under three minutes of play: 14 free spins, four paying runs, none above €8.00, and an Epic Wild that finished at x9.

The wild ladder from x2 to x32 is shared by the three Midas games on this site: Midas Golden Touch, reviewed here in its Reborn build, has it too, along with respins that lock winning symbols. Its bonus opens with 10, 15 or 20 free spins, each with a plain random wild; this one opens with 5 and lives on refills and a climbing Epic Wild, at 94.16% against 96.17%.

Midas Thunder Pots followed in August 2026 with a bonus of three coloured chests, sticky respins among them. This sequel holds the highest cap of the three Midas games here, 15,000x, and asks for patience in return: base-game wins that were rare in our log but never below the stake, and a bonus whose length depends on how often its respins pay.

Three loose ends from the temple

Three questions our logs and the rules can settle.

Why did one of our bought bonus rounds run to 26 free spins?

It began with five Scatters, three bought and two that landed, so the Epic Wild started at x10. Then 11 respin runs ended with a win, each followed by one or two free spins back on the counter, and the Epic Wild reached x21. The round paid €481.00.

How rare was the Bonus Game in our base game?

It came once in 750 paid spins, on spin 327, from exactly three Scatters. Two showed on 32 other spins without a third, and the Gift of Midas added no Scatters in our log. One trigger is too few to estimate a rate.

How does Midas Golden Touch 3 differ from Midas Golden Touch 2?

We have not reviewed the second game. Thunderkick's page for it lists 94.27%, Medium volatility, 15 paylines and a 15,000x cap, and already names the Gift of Midas, Sticky Respins and an Epic Wild. This sequel keeps the lines and the cap but runs at 94.16% with High volatility.
